Thanks for that Joe. Doesn't appear to have anything on there that would make it worth the time to pursue. I don't even see an owners name on there that would be any concern for the DMV, so I guess they just don't want to mess with it. Kind of odd they are saving it for the original owner. After 47 years I don't think he's coming for it LOL.
