K code is the king of dollars. If it is a very original car that has ALL of the original parts it would be worth 30 to 40k. The C code fastback could be worth a little less. K codes are solid lifter , dual point fully centrifugal distributor , manual choke , bigger harmonic balancer , nine inch rear end , better exhaust manifolds and were way better performers than A and C code engines.
