Posting the VIN above is the best start so anyone Googling it lands here. No hits as of now for the whole Vin or partials but this thread will become a Google result within a few hours. Does Ohio Motor Vehicles offer anything for searches or are there any friends in law enforcement possibilities to see who the car's registered to now? Best of luck to your friend also love to hear more including if he got the car new also anything of his time at Norwood.  ~ Pete .
