Meanwhile, my new clutch arrived late last week, so I started installing that on Monday.
I thought I’d better replace the pilot bushing since it was 10 years old. So, I tried using this Lisle Pilot Bushing Removal Tool but once it filled the cavity with grease, THAT WAS IT!!! I couldn’t get enough pressure on the grease gun to hydraulically push the bushing out. I got on YouTube and found out that bread works great......not as messy as grease. So I got my input shaft alignment tool that I bought from Crash at last years MCACN show, pushed bread in the cavity and pounded away....it worked like “sliced bread”.
