Looks very similar to a 1970-73 Z/28 air cleaner but doesn't match exactly...

The one in this thread is an original 70-72 Z assembly. Also, the one on eBay doesn't have the clearance for the Holley float adjustment screws. It wouldn't even bolt on a Holley equipped car.
