Ok - it looks like there is a lot of interest in the books! Here's what I'm thinking for getting them to the buyers:
1. Send payment to [email protected] via paypal F & F (friends & family) - $58.00 for each book if shipped to the US and $61.00 for each book shipped the Canada. 2. Under "comments" in Paypal - indicate your user name on this site . 3. Send me a PM on this site indicating that you have paid. Include your email address (address that you used for paypal), along with your name and shipping address. FYI - I did find cheaper shipping rates using the USPS "book" rate, but it only saves a few bucks, delivery takes forever, and there is no tracking.
