Thanks for the info. From what I read on The HAMB, Motor Wheel stopped making racing wheels in 1974. The “foam” was a fair early addition and came in green and red. It actually feel more like a rubber and from what I read it was to make the wheels stronger. I was told these were being used on a 1969 Chevelle in 1970 or 1971 but we know how memories and years go.
