Need help identifying a 1st Gen F body bolt in roll bar

Honestly believe its most likely a one off. Lakewood is about the only on that I know of that made the 3 point. Now Hooker made some in the late 70's but not for 1st gen I dont believe.

Thank you for the reply. I too was thinking the same thing but whats intriguing is this is the same style bar in this car which is in cali, im in NY.
