So he refers to this frame as “new” more than once. Is it a repro?

I would say nos though it appears it's been replated and repainted..maybe I am wrong. I have some NOS frames from the early 70's (ISCA) and NOS 77-79 CC Nats and the paint is "aged" and they were stored correctly. The paint on the Cragar frames looks too fresh. Again I might be wrong.
