I'd think this car is worth maybe 15K tops, with the work already done. There is still a ton of expensive work to do.
I remember looking at a 69 Chevelle in NY. It was advertised as rust free. There was a rust hole in the quarter to where you could reach your arm into the trunk. The seller also spray painted the edge of the rust hole. I asked about the "no rust" statement. He said since he spray painted over what rust he could find, it no long had rust. No regard to the gaping rot hole in the quarter. All a matter of perspective, I guess. |
