Steve you made the best assessment regarding the market and the auction scene . A lot of great cars just get consigned without being shopped behind closed doors . It also can create a frenzy for that particular car or of course can come up short of the sellers expectations . Auctions are a great source for putting a buyer under the gun as being behind closed doors that feeling or pressure is not there . I am in this arena daily and i hear it on both sides ... KP
