A little Steep? Not if the engine in it is something special like an original L-71 Corvette engine. The tri-power set up could be worth at least $2500.00 as a core for someone's project Corvette.

I checked out that car when it was for sale, it didn’t have an L-71 in it which is what I was hoping for too. It was a run of the mill 396 with a tri-power set up on it, muncie 4 speed, chevy 12-bolt. The trim tag was also missing.
