I used a oil based gray "Floor" paint from Sherwin -Williams. It soaked it up like a sponge. They (SW) said it wasn't the best option, but so far it's held up ok. I didn't want to go crazy, and there actually weren't many other paint options.

Good choice using oil base if you can get it, I hate latex, garbage.
I did my floor years ago and it is holding up well. Used a gallon each of black and white Rustoleum to make gray. My trailer is not a show piece. Mike |
