According to former Yenko employees, Don was not very happy when he found out that Douglas ordered his own 427 Camaros and ordered replacement Yenko stripes and emblems to install on the cars. They noted some heated phone conversations between Don and Jack.
It was later worked out where Douglas would pay a fee to use the Yenko baging on the 427 cars bought outside the Yenko system.
