Thanks for the kind words! I think this build is touching a lot of car guys and gals and that's what makes this so much fun! Yes, lot of movie cars out there. Lots of Bullitt tributes too.... but I'm trying to "one up" the masses in my details. And, not to mention, would like to think I could do the MCA proud in a judging critique!

I'm happy with the center cap look but want those front wheels out a little more out of the wells, so a 1/4" spacer should do it. The studs are plenty long to handle it.
The doors contain no less than three trim pieces and with everything in place along with the roof rail weather stripping, they shut tight! I picked up the aircleaner from the chrome shop before I headed out. Glass installed Thursday!
