"Ok, never seen one of those before. How does it work?"

The red knob sticks up next to a Competition Plus shifter, lift it up and the shifter won't move over into the reverse gate, push it down and it will let the shifter go in reverse ...

There are several part numbers for these, still trying to figure out the exact differences ...
