I watched all 4 of the videos on this car but didn't see any information on it after the epoxy coat. I just wondered if they were able to save it.

Wonder what the Shelby tags and vins/vin plate looked like after the fire ?

When the shock towers buckle and squeeze the engine, its past time to call it a day. Its a UNIBODY car, how could you ever trust any of that structure to reliably perform in the future? I have a customer who redid a Ford Thunderbolt that was in a garage fire. He did a heroic job of retaining as much of the original car as he could, and I wouldn't call it a rebody. He did have a hell of a time getting paint to stick to the overheated sheetmetal. I think he ended up using some kind of aircraft epoxy primer.
