First question - Was it Canadian delivered new = original build paperwork available. Keep in mind the $45000 price is Canadian $ which is about $35000 US @ today's .78 exchange rate. Seller notes Text only @ 902-830-7741 but a quick Googling of that # reveals his name/business/email address.  ~ Pete .
