I think of the attack every Dec. 7th. My uncle was on the USS Enterprise (aircraft carrier) that was supposed to have been at Pearl Harbor on that day. They were late leaving I think Guam and had rough seas, etc. that prevented them from arriving at Pearl Harbor until sometime after Dec. 7th.
There is at least one Pearl Harbor survivor that lives here in the next town.
