Moving forward with cleaning up the rest of the parts, I came across a few date coded stamps on the pedal assembly. Nobody will ever see them since they face upwards, but still....I know they're there (English 101 lesson: there..and..they're... used correctly in this sentence..sound the same, yet both mean something different..... it's all about phonetics here at Yenko.net
) so I did some strategic blasting in the cabinet to keep them.
Decreasing the transmission uncovered several more. It's really hard to believe markings this large were on the parts originally! Stay tuned for more finds.....like my ratchet that's still missing!!
