I installed one of those on a customer's car about 2 years ago and could not get it to stop leaking. I sent it back and got a replacement. It leaked too. I took it apart to find out what was wrong and found that they used the wrong O ring in it. I replaced the thin O ring with thick one and it hasn't leaked again. They must have got a batch of thin O rings and didn't realize it.
