Hey Jim! Thanks...but shhhhh....it's not the correct "402" pan as you know. It's the larger Hemi oil pan giving me that extra quart so when I romp on it, I don't suck the pan dry! But....I did get the bottom just misted with the engine paint and a few drips too! I don't know why everyone has such a hard time being sloppy with details like this. Sloppy comes naturally to me! Your secret is safe with me. But it is a deduction for having a longer oil pickup tube - Lol.
I did the oil pan drip thing years ago when I put a car through OE gold judging at the Nats. They didn't know what to make of it...until I showed them pics of how it was before the resto...and a few pics of some other survivors.
T.O. next year - cool! We can get Dave Carson over to my place and I'll cook up the burgers...and maybe wash them down with a canuck brewski.
