My buddy's mom bought a 78 last fall and he worked on it all winter. When she first looked at it she told me it had no rust. It was terrible we ended up pulling the axle out to work on the rear frame rails the trunk was bad floors were bad fenders were bad it was a mess. She told me all she wanted was carpet put in, I told her there was nothing to hold the carpet up. That car is loaded tho. He had a lot of trouble getting the right weather strip for the t-tops. And it did not fit very good

Any pictures of it or the rust? I'd love to see 'em. Just sounds interesting.


Man, some of those cars didn't survive too well, did they?
