Really great score Charlie.... wow what an awesome find and really would clean up quite nicely with the exception of the paint...
damn looking at it I would be tempted to try and remove the top layer of paint if it were done in enamel. I may try the front lower valence first... or a lower fender corner... The reason I say this is the prep looks to be not very good and thus the problem areas will probably release well... around door handles creases etc.
