Did my Garage about 6 years ago, I love it, easy to clean. I have the leading edge near one of the garage doors that puckers up when it gets direct sunlight. Probably too tight a fit. Leave room on the sides for expansion.

I'm thinking epoxy. Ur curious why you chose this instead? Also interested in cost difference ?
