Finally got a sliding door project finished for the master bedroom. We had curtains serving
the purpose for a while before I decided to put forth a little effort. My wife loves our California sunsets over the ocean, so I decided to give her a miniature version complete with a beach, seagulls and a wind-blown palm tree.  Here's a little detail of the design. I'll never claim to be an artist, but she likes it.   The wife likes seahorses. When I spotted this door handle on eBay, she directed me to buy it with a very spirited tone. Her command is my wish.  My version of distressed "live edge" wood used as a detail behind the door track.  15806
