Oil Filter Question - PF35 C and PF1218 C

Can someone clarify the useage of both these filters?

Are both of these filters good to use on a 350 small block?

Are both of these filters good to use on a 454/427/402/396 big block?

Are these filters the same, meaning just updated part numbers?

Thanks for the info. on the Wix filters and the stenciling trick.
