the 391-7875 is listed in the old Hurst catalog for the 1969 and 1970 Nova with console
the 391-4339 is listed in the old Hurst catalog for the 1968 Chevy II ( Nova ) with console and is the same shifter for 67-68 Camaros I just checked the Hurst on-line catalog and it still shows the 391-4339 for the 1968 Chevy II ( Nova ) with console not sure why they list a different shifter for the 68 and 69 Nova with consoles unless the consoles or something is different? or they just never changed the listing
