I remember street racing one of those with a V8 Vega about 35 years ago. All I remember seeing was its a$$ end sliding left and right while he was banging 1st through 3rd gears and it was all over.
Wicked car for sure! GLWS

I have owned many A12's over the years & driven a LOT of cars! Nothing makes me smile like an A12 sixpack tuned right! No matter what tires, you will be all over the road..

Here's a couple additions for the document file Rich, two consecutive day LA Times ads for this car from Jan. 1971. Description also CA Plate are a match, probably worth a try backtracking the Phone # if early history unknown? ~ PETE .

Found more old newspaper ads for this car from Nov. '70 also April '71, this time in the Independent Press. No CA plate but phone # matches the other ads so for sure the same A12. Ads seem early enough that the seller may be the original owner? ~ PETE .
