Yours is actually part #344330,exclusive to the 1975 Nova only,due to it's curved hinged mounting design & how it wraps around the rear valiance lower opening.
Gas tank door #3913608,(shown),with it's flat uniform hinged mounting area,was what was used on 1969-70 Camaro,Nova,Chevelle & Impala series those years.
