Real or Memorex?

When the brothers Greg & Bill ran it,it wasn't the best.But when the 2 sons took it over,it got a lot worse in my book.
One incident:
I inspected a car with a friend there recently,and was told they had a lot of the factory paperwork on it too.They wanted us to put down a non refundable deposit and then would contact the owner about getting the BS,POP & DI..We waited in the office for a solid 60 minutes as we wanted to see the paperwork first before the deposit was given.I could tell they were screwing us around & hoping we'd leave after we called their bluff.1 hour later the son came in and admitted he lied.This after we asked for the car owners name to confirm he had it.Too many empty promise situations like this or bending the facts for me to ever want to go back.
