This whole ordeal probably seems pretty silly to have made such a fuss over, but when you have so many things going wrong/falling apart at the same time it gets more than a little frustrating. Ever see that episode of M*A*S*H* ("The Life You Save", season 9, 1981) where Hawkeye and Father Mulcahy are trying in vain to keep that giant pile of garbage from falling over?--liken it to that.
