I did mine on a 1" X 8" buffer on a grinder motor, and they looked pretty darned nice. Then I redid them on a professional buffer with 2" X 12" wheels. I met a local hobbyist with a professional set-up, and traded a new set of sisal and cotton wheels for use of his equipment. Took me an additional 20 hours to do it, but oh my, what a difference!!
