looks like a bench seat application but the stick was cut down and turned and re threaded
,don't think would come from Hurst like that

does it have a date code? or numbers on the levers?

sometimes you can use a long 1/4 punch to drive the stick out from the bottom or disassemble it and drive it out from bottom
