70 z28 overflow hose clip code AG

I'm thinking that the embossed code DOESNT SHOW as its covered by fan shroud..

I also need one or more of these clips for my 70Z and 70 L78

1) Do you think these same clips were common to many different Harrison radiators ?

2) What the meaning of the stamped code on clip

3) I bought a repop 70 Z28 AND L78 radiator ID tag from THE PARTS PLACE.
It does not have the radiator part number stamped along the edge...Please Explain
