That's not the A.I.R. SMOG system Tom.
You're referring to the 1970 RPO NA-9 charcoal canister EEC,(Evaporative Emission Control),system.Also known as the sold brand new in the state of California Emissions.And their ex.manifolds weren't affected by it.
Hydraulic liftered 1970 chevelles sold new there or anywhere in the US,did not get A.I.R. SMOG.
