Have the frame blasted and blast all the small stuff yourself. Then paint everything.

I am focusing on long term reliability, I plan to hand the car down from one generation to the next. I don't want my grandkids to have to take the car apart and re-restore it, unless they want to of course.

Power coat is better than paint.
