Back in the 1980s we ran 235/60R15 Eagle STs on 71-72 Chevelle SS steel 5-spoke 15x7 wheels (all 4 corners) on a stock ride height '69 Chevelle. They fit with plenty of room and never rubbed anywhere on a daily driven car. I think those Chevelle / Z28 15x7s had 4.25&quot; backspace, but I am not 100% sure. Hope this helps.
