I would take a real close look at the rear frame rails, shock mounts, etc...they tend to be a problem if the car was exposed to salt/moisture.
Looks like it will be a major endeavor...original driveline is a plus, but there will be a lot of work. I would say maybe $7500 if the underside is not rotted. Good luck..wilma
