No offense but that sheet looks like a reproduction for numerous reasons. Atlanta cars used a different format on part of the sheet though admittedly I am basing this on 1970 sheets not 1969 but I believe they were the same both years.

Rick, no offense taken. I did my best due diligence in 2013 before I bought the car which included talking to the guy who originally restored the car who told me that he found the build sheet in the car. I was sceptical then, and am more so now. There are a few anomalies with the build sheet that are apparent to even a novice like myself. I will say that the guy that I bought the car from was an honest, stand up guy who told me prior to purchase that he didn't think the build sheet was legit.
