I had a 70 Shaker Challenger RT/SE Six Pack. Sold it to a friend - He still owns it.....I want it back - lol!
A shaker on any 70 Challenger is rare.......they didn't start shipping until May of 70 because of problems with the Challenger hood. Mine was a 4.10 4-speed Six-Pack.....with the white roof and bumble bee stripe. The pic with 2 of them is mine and my buddies 440-6 Auto - original paint car. Both were FJ5 Sublime. There were only so many 70 RT/SE's with shakers.....can't remember the actual number right now but total 70 Challenger Shaker production was around 184 cars........need to find my info on RT/SE with N96 option. ![]() ![]() |

I honestly believe that he liked the way the Jaguars looked in that color scheme and did the same thing. It is very unusual but striking. My wife loves it and she thinks the word to describe it is elegant. I hope you end up with the Challenger again. It shouldn't be hard at all to track it down now. |
