Thanks Cal. Been pouring over the GJ threads. Leaning toward Epoxy floor installed by pros with "lifetime" (as long as you own the garage) warranty. Any mid-west epoxy floor owners with feedback?

P.S. I had my trusses re-engineered to accommodate a 4 post lift and bumped my ceiling up another 16".
