Default Re: why is it called Daytona Yellow?

I like it, Daytona Yellow , better now than ever "when painted in the correct lacquer hue with that touch of pastel";
I've seen many newer Base Coat /Clear that just doesn't hit the mark.

The factory lacquer mix starts with the Clear binder and is tinted from there..... Same with Hugger/Monaco Orange......it gives that Deep Color Depth that appears clear coated, but its All Color !
