I don't know if it's a repeat either, but I enjoyed it even if it is. Can't get enough of those vintage drag racing pics. How about that late 40's Packard sedan....talk about different [img]<<GRAEMLIN_URL>>/shocked.gif[/img] Thanks for posting, Phil!

----Saw Akron Arlens 65 in there with the "RC Industries" logo on the door. That's when Arlen was working for Russ Ciefert in the RC Speed Shop on rt. 42 just west of Medina. Russ owned a 65 Shelby so Im wondering weather the shot of the one here in front of the Goodyear racing truck was his. I used to pass that speed shop every night on the way home from work, and stopped in all the time. Bought a set of chrome reverse wheels from them for my 64 Chevelle (had to buy them two at a time). Arlen used to buy all kinds of stuff at my Dads hardware store in Medina. Great guy!......Bill S
