That's NOT a Grumpy Car,,, its a "Customer" ...of JENKINS COMPETITION. . ...A Modified Production Car that competed in through mid 1970's.
Notice the "Wrinkle Wall GY's. Not out yet for consumption in '67. Lots of Early SS & Pro Stocks from '67 & '68 went into M/P As most WERE NOT Competitive in 69-70 SS or Pro Stock......M/P Wars were Wicked with 12,000 RPM 287, 292 & 301 SBC's. on Roller cams of 600 lifts. .very exotic buzz bombs. And Tons of BB's running 470-488 inches...
