I agree not a GM tag Verne and expect some kind of dept or property tag too. Did you note the link to the Motor Trend mag on eBay or have you found it already? If not an eBayer, I'm sure someone here can make it happen for you...it's cheap and BIN. Congrats to the owner and hope all goes well w/ the research, please share more if you can. Well, I'm not sure about the "40 produced" claim. And if the first one was available for the Oct edition of Motor Trend, why were the 2 Known cars built at Oakland at the end of June '59?? I tend to think the two known cars were just regular police cars ordered late in the production year.
