Default '67 Camaro doors

What are the differences (if any) between the '67 Camaro doors / panels / glass (etc..) for standard interior versus deluxe interior? Can I just buy a pair of doors for Danny's Camaro, or do I need deluxe doors since it has deluxe interior?

How are they different? Between standard and deluxe.

The deluxe interior panels are thicker than the standard interior panels. Thus the stud that holds the window crank is longer.

There are also 1 maybe 2 brackets that mount to the door to help support the deluxe panel.
I believe the bracket mounts where the standard arms goes and then is covered by the door panel.

Thanks for the link. The cup brackets shown were not installed on my car from the factory. Also absent are the Camaro emblems. And if the 2 dimples under the arm rest area are to have screws then those were not installed either.

Another item in question are the interior door handles, All the deluxe versions Ive seen are the straight blade style. Mine are curved.
