John. The part number on the flange last 3 digits are 234

Regarding the "heat treatment" I believe that was only for the Ring and Pinion, not the carrier.

While the carrier was different and some special parts were used, I don't recall anything other than the Ring and Pinion getting anything special heat treatment wise.
