Zero chance, the boys at Folsom made those around two years after your car was built. Like Dana stated,the originals(with a suffix like you have seen)might have been replaced due to being a lost,damaged or stolen. If I had to guess those were put on the car in early 69..Nor Cal and So Cal DMV branches had different issued batches.
