USA made. I am not familiar with putting pictures on this website. Computer is getting replaced this week. I can send pictures from my phone to your email address. Square mesh.Original box. AC and GM logo on box. Lists makes and models it fits on back of box. 1965 - 1975. A212CW 6421746 Sorry for no pictures. Thank you
